Beginning tomorrow, April 19 from today, April 18, the PhilSys ID number or the ID number of applicants can be retrieved from the PhilSys website or eGOV mobile application. He believes that the users have to enter some demographic data and complete the face recognition process.

Prior to this latest feature, PhilSys IDs were issued virtually, but one could only request from PhilSys Registration Centers, which require physical presence. It was introduced in 2022 and is a replacement for the transition from digital to print.
For the National IDs, PSA records an accomplishment of 50,059,233 out of the 87,069,727 issued and distributed across the country to date with about 36,912,494 still to be delivered. Initially, the government has estimated between six months delivery time preparing or post-registration while some have been waiting for the service for over two years.
How to get your Digital National ID
Accessing your digital National ID is simple with these three steps.

Fill part of it with your full name and then the date of birth.

To prove that you are a real living person and stop the bots, you will have to take a live selfie using your device camera. For this chore, make sure you have good lighting and no caps or sunglasses on over your eyes.
By taking this step, you agree to the PSA obtaining, using, and divulging your personal details for identity authenticity and security reasons.
Please note that occasionally the PSA server may go down temporarily after it was recently launched. On such an occasion you may attempt again after several hours.
The PSA has also introduced the National ID Check and National ID eVerify systems found at https://everify.gov.ph. By using these systems, employers, companies and government agencies can authenticate your National ID number.
